Hello! My name is Prasan Bhattarai (Swami Prem Prasanna). I am from Kapilvastu and live in Raniban, Kathmandu. I am a wellness practitioner (yoga, meditation, and sound healing) and tour and trek guide, helping people find inner peace and joy through yoga, meditation, and sound healing.
