My Story
My Journey to Becoming a Yogi
My story begins in Tanahun, where I was born and spent my early years. However, my life took an exciting turn when I grew up in Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha. It was during this time that I encountered numerous tourists who came to explore the serene beauty of Lumbini, and their presence left a lasting impact on me. After completing my schooling, I made my way to Kathmandu to pursue further studies. I became increasingly interested in becoming a guide and sharing valuable information with visitors.
In the early stages of my career, I worked as a porter in the majestic mountains. While carrying loads for trekkers, I continued my studies in tourism, working towards a diploma that would enable me to excel in the field. As I aspired to become a trekking guide, I pursued additional training and eventually obtained the guide licence. My thirst for knowledge did not stop there; I persevered in my studies and successfully completed my graduation, eventually becoming a tour and trekking guide / leader.
But my journey didn’t end in the mountains. I ventured into some of the most stunning regions, such as Annapurna, Everest, and Langtang. Adjusting to the breathtaking altitude and beauty of these places was initially quite challenging, but their natural beauty filled me with positive energy. It was during this time that I hatched a plan to explore the world of yoga, meditation, and sound healing.
I immersed myself in the study and practice of yoga, meditation, and sound healing techniques. The result was a profound transformation in my life. I discovered that these practices not only improved my physical well-being but also helped me manage stress effectively. Now, after eight years of dedicated work as a wellness practitioner, I have experienced countless positive changes in my body, mind, and soul.
I am a firm believer in the power of yoga and meditation to bring happiness and health into our lives. I encourage everyone to dedicate at least one hour each day to these practices. Now, I am a wellness practitioner as well as a tour and trekking expert who is committed to giving everyone who wants to find health, peace, and spirituality a safe and caring place to be.
I use the power of yoga and sound to help people heal their bodies, minds, and spirits. Yoga is a mind-body practise that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.
I believe that yoga and sound healing are complementary practises that can work together to create a powerful healing experience. Yoga helps to align the body and mind, while sound healing helps to balance the body’s energy field. Together, these practises can help to release blockages, promote deep relaxation, and facilitate healing on all levels.
I offer a variety of yoga and sound-healing classes and workshops. My classes are designed to be accessible to people of all levels of experience. I also offer private sessions for those who are looking for a more personalised experience.

I want to help people feel good in their bodies, minds, and hearts by doing yoga, meditation, sound healing, and other things that can change their lives. I focus on helping people take care of themselves, manage stress, and grow personally, so they can do well in today’s busy world.
2. Social Responsibility
I understand that being truly healthy goes beyond just one person and includes the health of our society. We want to help our community and be responsible. We promise to:
- Helping People in Need: We work to support communities that are often overlooked and in difficult situations. This includes providing aid to children, the elderly, pregnant women, and others who require assistance.
- Making Education Better: We put money into education, trying to make schools better and give chances for learning and growth, especially in faraway and disadvantaged places.
- Preserving cultures: We work hard to protect and honour the important cultural traditions of the Himalayas. We support cultural events and practises that make us feel proud of who we are.

- Travelling within a community: We encourage tourism that helps local economies and allows travellers to learn about our community’s culture.
