Mohare Danda Wellness Trek – Detail Itinerary
01 Day : Arrival in Kathmandu
- Arrive in Kathmandu (Altitude: 1,400 meters) and transfer to your hotel.
- Rest and recover from your journey.
- Evening orientation and briefing about the trek.
02 Day: Kathmandu Sightseeing
- Explore the cultural and historical landmarks of Kathmandu, including Swayambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square.
- Prepare for the trek and gather any necessary equipment.
03 Day: Kathmandu to Pokhara
- Travel from Kathmandu to Pokhara (Altitude: 827 meters) by bus (approximately 6-7 hours), enjoying scenic views along the way.
- Relax and explore the lakeside city of Pokhara, taking in the stunning views of the Annapurna range.
04 Day: Pokhara to Galeshwor, Trek to Bans Kharka
- Drive from Pokhara to Galeshwor (Altitude: 1,050 meters) and commence the trek to Bans Kharka (Altitude: 1,520 meters).
- Trek approximately 4-5 hours through picturesque villages and terraced fields, with views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.
- Evening yoga and meditation session at Bans Kharka.
05 Day: Bans Kharka to Naangi
- Trek approximately 6-7 hours from Bans Kharka to Naangi (Altitude: 2,220 meters).
- Trek through rhododendron forests and pristine landscapes.
- Sound healing session in the evening.
06 Day: Naangi to Mohare Danda
- Trek approximately 5-6 hours to the majestic Mohare Danda (Altitude: 3,300 meters), known for its panoramic views of the Himalayas.
- Spend the day soaking in the breathtaking scenery and practicing yoga and meditation amidst nature.
- Evening meditation session during sunset.
07 Day: Mohare Danda to Fullbari
- Enjoy a full day at Mohare Danda to Fullbari, engaging in yoga, meditation, and sound healing sessions.
- Optional short hikes or nature walks in the surrounding area.
- Deep relaxation and reflection time amidst the tranquility of the mountains.
08 Day: Fullbari to Ghorepani
- Trek approximately 4 hours from Fullbari to Ghorepani (Altitude: 2,910 meters), passing through lush forests and charming villages.
- Enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and engage in yoga and meditation sessions.
- Sound healing session in the evening.
09 Day: Ghorepani to Poon Hill, Return to Ghorepani
- Early morning hike to Poon Hill (Altitude: 3,210 meters) to witness the spectacular sunrise over the Himalayas.
- Return to Ghorepani for breakfast and rest.
- Explore the local area or engage in relaxation activities.
- Evening yoga and meditation session in Ghorepani.
10 Day: Ghorepani to Nayapul, Return to Pokhara
- Trek approximately 6-7 hours from Ghorepani to Nayapul, descending through beautiful forests and villages.
- Drive back to Pokhara from Nayapul.
- Relax and celebrate the completion of the trek in Pokhara.
11 Day: Pokhara Sightseeing
- Explore Pokhara further or engage in optional activities such as boating on Phewa Lake, visiting the World Peace Pagoda, or paragliding (optional, not included in the package).
- Rest and rejuvenate in Pokhara.
12 Day: Pokhara to Kathmandu, Departure
- Travel back to Kathmandu from Pokhara.
- Free time for last-minute souvenir shopping or exploration in Kathmandu.

13 Day: Kathmandu Exploration and Relaxation
- Enjoy a leisurely day in Kathmandu.
- Visit any remaining sights or indulge in shopping for souvenirs and local crafts.
- Take the opportunity to relax and reflect on your journey.
- Optional activities include visiting additional temples, strolling through vibrant markets, or simply enjoying the atmosphere of this bustling city.
14 Day: Departure from Kathmandu.
- Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some free time in Kathmandu before your departure.
- Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward journey, carrying with you cherished memories of the Mohare Danda Trek and the enriching experiences you’ve had in Nepal.
What’s Included in the cost?
- All Arrival and Departure transfers
- Annapurna trekking authorization permits
- Porters for baggage carriage (1 porter for just two tourists)
- Eight kg of luggage allowance throughout the trek.
- Spa Massage: 60 Minutes: Ayurvedic or Trekking Massage after the end of the trip in the city.
- Accommodation: Best Hotel/Guest House within the cities and Tea Houses inside the trekking: Twin Share.
- Meals: All meals (Breakfast, lunch, and Dinner) will be included, typically vegetarian.
- Wellness Activities: You will receive yoga, meditation, or sound healing from experienced teachers.
- Transportation: All transportation costs, transfers, and ground transportation will be included. Coaches, Jeeps, cars, and minibuses pertaining to the group size, and walking or trekking
- Guide and support: Throughout your trip, a knowledgeable guide and support staff will be with you.
What’s not Included in the cost?
- Yoga mat: A yoga mat is essential for practicing yoga. Make sure to choose a mat that is lightweight and easy to carry. Carrying yourself is a healthy practice.
- Yoga clothes: You’ll need comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that you can move in easily.
- Flights: The cost of flights to and from the destination is generally not included in the tour package.
- Visa and passport fees: You will be responsible for obtaining a visa and passport for your trip.
- Personal expenses: This includes items such as souvenirs, laundry, and tips.
- Tipping: Tipping is often not included in the tour cost. It is customary to tip guides, instructors, and other service providers based on your satisfaction and local customs.
- Optional activities: Any optional activities that you choose to participate in, such as massages or hot air balloon rides, will be at your own expense.
- Travel Insurance: This is typically not included in the tour cost and should be obtained separately.

Before You Go: Mohare Danda Wellness Trek
- We practice different forms of wellness activities every day before or after trekking. This will help to loosen up your muscles and prepare you for the day or moment.
- We take breaks throughout the day for lunch. This time, you can stretch and do some yoga poses to prevent muscle strain and fatigue.
- We will practice soft yoga and meditation every day before or after trekking. This will help you relax and unwind.
- You must bring a yoga mat and some yoga props with you on your trip. This will make it easier for you to practice yoga in your lodge or outdoors.
- Be patient and listen to your body. Avoid pushing your body too hard without realizing it. Listen to your body’s signals and take the rest you need.
- Points to be noted. During the trip, if the weather conditions are bad or rainy, we will not be able to do any yoga activities.
